The Hatch Process
To ensure we consistently provide the most qualified candidates, Hatch Staffing follows a strict three-step process—before, during, and after every assignment.
Hatch Staffing begins each placement with a needs analysis to ensure we fully understand your job order, and evaluate your corporate culture to ensure a good fit. Our recruitment team then creates a top performer profile and conducts interviews of qualified candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and past performances.
We feel staying involved while an employee is on assignment is an integral part of providing superior service. Our workforce consultants perform weekly quality calls to both the supervisor and candidate to ensure the placement is a success.
After each individual has completed an assignment, an evaluation is sent via email. We gather information on both the candidate's performance, as well as the performance of your Hatch Staffing workforce consultant. We use these evaluations to strengthen our service offerings and address any concerns you might have.
